JBL Tour Sound Curve Update Improves Audio Quality and User Experience
JBL has introduced updates to its flagship JBL Tour ONE M3 headphones and JBL Tour PRO 3 earbuds, focusing on improved audio performance and user experience.
The update includes a new JBL sound curve, based on the Harman Curve and validated through listening tests and independent evaluation. It delivers more balanced audio with controlled bass and clearer mid and high frequencies, improving overall sound accuracy.
The new sound curve is available through over the air updates for existing JBL Tour ONE M3 devices.
JBL has also updated the user interface for the Smart Charging Case and Smart TX system used with the Tour PRO 3 earbuds. The redesign introduces a combined horizontal and vertical navigation system, larger icons, updated typography and simplified layouts for easier control.
The rollout includes firmware version 4.8.0 for the headphones, while updates for the Smart Charging Case and Smart TX are scheduled from late April. These changes aim to improve both listening quality and device interaction.
