Karthik Jagadish has been appointed Global Executive Director – Enterprise Platforms at AstraZeneca. In this role he will lead enterprise scale digital transformation initiatives using AI, cloud and platform technologies.
His responsibilities include strengthening digital capabilities across global teams and supporting strategic growth initiatives by improving data integration, analytics and platform based innovation.
Before joining AstraZeneca in this role Jagadish served as Global Capability Leader for Analytics and Insights, Integration and Generative AI at Bayer. In that position he led initiatives focused on data platforms, analytics and emerging AI technologies.
Earlier in his career he held leadership roles at Diageo and Capgemini and worked with organizations such as Swiss Re, S&P Global Market Intelligence and Thomson Reuters. His experience spans enterprise technology platforms, analytics transformation and large scale digital modernization.
