LG Electronics Debuts LG ThinQ Pro for North American B2B Customers at KBIS 2026

LG Electronics has unveiled LG ThinQ Pro, a new smart home management platform for B2B customers at KBIS 2026 in North America. The platform is designed for builders installers and property managers and aims to streamline residential property operations across multi-family housing including apartments and rental communities.

LG ThinQ Pro enables centralized management of connected appliances and HVAC systems throughout the property lifecycle. During installation appliances can be registered quickly using QR code scanning via the ThinQ Pro app while builders can monitor installation progress through a digital workflow dashboard.

Once operational the platform provides real-time visibility into appliance status across units. It supports asset tracking including model and serial details along with predictive maintenance alerts warranty management and service coordination to help ensure stable operations.

ThinQ Pro also enhances safety and cost control. The system can detect potential issues such as water leaks or blocked dryer ducts and send alerts to management teams. Smart routines including away and return modes help create a connected living experience for residents while supporting operational efficiency for property owners.
