OPPO and Discovery Channel continue their collaborative project Culture in a Shot with a new chapter titled Every Culture Finds Its Stage, focusing on global cultural performances captured through the OPPO Find X9 Series. This edition explores festivals and traditions across Spain, Mexico, and Thailand, showcasing how communities express identity through movement, music, ritual, and visual storytelling.
In Spain, the San Froilán Festival in Lugo transforms the town into an open performance space, highlighting traditional Galician dances such as the muiñeira. The Find X9 Series captures details like embroidered costumes and dynamic motion using its Hasselblad Master Camera System, 200 MP sensor, and advanced zoom capabilities.
In Mexico, Día de los Muertos is presented as a vibrant expression of remembrance. Parades, face paint, and symbolic offerings are photographed through Hasselblad Portrait Mode, which enhances tone and depth for an authentic representation.
In Thailand, the twin festivals of Yi Peng and Loy Krathong bring together sky lanterns and river rituals. The Find X9 Series records the warm glow and reflections that define these celebrations.
