Samsung SDS is hiring a Chief Manager Exclusive Store Operation to improve sell-out performance across exclusive retail stores. The role focuses on store-level execution premium product mix inventory efficiency and close collaboration with dealers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sell-out growth by working closely with dealers at store level
- Improve premium product upsell through SKU optimization
- Reduce faulty and obsolete inventory through better store inventory planning
- Plan and manage timelines for joint projects with retailers subsidiaries and HQ
- Analyse store sales data and identify low-performing KPIs
- Support collaboration proposals to improve retailer performance
- Conduct retail mapping to identify high-potential stores
- Decide optimal product assortment based on store performance and demand
- Monitor stock availability and reduce stock-out situations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a master’s degree
- Strong experience in retail operations data analysis and project management
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Good judgement and problem-solving skills
