Xiaomi India is hiring a Zonal Head – APTS to lead sales and distribution operations across the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana region. The role focuses on channel expansion revenue growth and strong execution across retail and distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead zonal sales distribution and channel partner operations
- Develop and execute go to market strategies for the region
- Manage relationships with distributors and trade partners
- Drive sales planning forecasting and P&L performance
- Mentor and lead regional and area sales managers
- Ensure execution of promotions trade schemes and retail visibility programs
- Track market trends competitor activity and customer insights
- Work with marketing supply chain finance and product teams
- Expand channel footprint and strengthen stakeholder relationships
Required Qualifications:
- 15 to 20 years of experience in channel sales and distribution
- Strong experience in consumer electronics industry
- Deep understanding of APTS regional markets and trade dynamics
- Proven experience managing large sales teams and channel partners
- Strong revenue growth and market expansion track record
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or PGDM in Sales Marketing or Business Management
