Microsoft Appoints New Country Head- Azure

Rishi Jaipuria has been appointed as the Country Head – Azure, India at Microsoft, marking a significant leadership elevation.



Before that, he led the Startup Ecosystem & Large Partnerships, and earlier held roles in Solution Sales for Data & AI and Solution Sales overall, bringing a well-rounded understanding of Microsoft’s cloud offerings.
His career also includes roles at SAP, Teradata, Dow Jones, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Wep Peripherals Private Ltd, where he built domain expertise in analytics, cloud, enterprise solutions, and business development.

With this new role, Rishi Jaipuria is expected to accelerate Microsoft Azure’s growth trajectory in India, aligning innovation with enterprise needs.
