Surabhi Loshali has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ather Energy. In this role, she will lead the company’s people and culture strategy, with a focus on leadership development, talent growth, and building a strong, high-performance organization to support Ather’s long-term plans.
Surabhi brings over 20 years of global experience in human resources and organizational transformation. Earlier, she served as Group CHRO at Strides, where she led initiatives across talent management, diversity and inclusion, rewards, learning, and HR digital transformation. She has also worked with Grant Thornton in the US and Aon, and has experience as an independent HR strategy consultant. Her background gives her strong expertise in organization design, people analytics, mergers and acquisitions integration, and change management.
