What the role involves:

• Contribute to overall product strategy and long-term vision
• Define what to build and why based on user needs and business priorities
• Prioritize product features and capabilities across the roadmap
• Use data and insights to identify new product and feature opportunities
• Create clear product requirements for engineering and support teams
• Work closely with engineering design data and business stakeholders
• Ensure shipped features deliver clear value to users and the business

Ideal profile:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in product management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Business or MBA
• Prior experience as a Product Manager in a fast-growing organization
• Healthcare domain experience preferred
• Strong product judgment communication and stakeholder management skills
