The company is looking for a Senior Manager – NPI to lead new product introduction from concept to mass production. The role focuses on ensuring timely product launches that meet customer requirements and quality standards while working closely with cross functional teams for smooth execution.
You will manage NPI trials such as EVT, DVT and PVT, ensure closure of observations before ramp up and drive process optimization, productivity improvement and quality initiatives like FPY, RCA and CAPA. The role also involves coordinating with teams for ECN implementation and overall product readiness.
Candidates should have a B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience. An MBA is preferred.
