Role overview
This role manages end to end General Trade business for the North East region. The focus is on driving revenue, margins, distribution strength, retail visibility and brand growth across assigned states. The role also involves leading regional sales teams and executing the overall sales strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Own revenue and growth across GT distribution and retail channels
- Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Drive SKU mix, sourcing and channel wise distribution
- Improve market penetration and brand visibility
- Track competition and differentiate product offerings
- Own service and replacement performance across channels
- Work with marketing teams for retail level activation
- Maintain distributor purchase and sales reports
- Lead and develop RSO, DSO and ISP teams
Required skills and experience
- Strong GT sales and distribution background
- Experience in consumer electronics or related industries
- Strong analytical, planning and execution skills
- Good communication, collaboration and leadership skills
- Strong business and financial understanding
Nice to have
- Experience across multiple markets
- Background in electronics manufacturing or consumer electronics
- Proven ability to build long term distributor relationships
