Whirlpool Corporation is hiring an Analyst Channel Sales (Commission) to drive primary and secondary sales across assigned territories while strengthening retail execution and partner relationships.
What the role involves:
- Deliver primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory
- Drive sell-out through retail executives and counter-level execution
- Expand and manage dealer and distributor network
- Ensure correct product placement display and planogram adherence
- Implement trade schemes and maintain commercial hygiene
- Manage key accounts including reconciliation and compliance
- Monitor competition pricing placement and schemes
- Drive collections minimize outstanding and enforce credit policy
- Handle MIS reporting and market feedback
Ideal profile:
- MBA or PGDM
- 6 to 8 years of post-graduate experience in sales
- Background in FMCD FMCG telecom or handset industry
- Strong channel management retail execution and relationship skills
