Samsung India is hiring a Category Lead – Mobile to drive one of its flagship smartphone series in India. This role owns category strategy, P&L, marketing funnel and product positioning to grow demand across channels and strengthen leadership in the premium smartphone segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L including revenue market share and profitability
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for pricing volumes and margins
- Track sell in and sell out performance and drive corrective actions
- Build and optimize the end to end marketing funnel
- Drive digital and offline campaigns for awareness and conversion
- Use CRM data and consumer insights to improve retention
- Define product positioning and launch messaging
- Lead go to market strategy for new product launches
- Drive demand generation across online and offline retail
- Partner with sales and channel teams to improve store conversions
- Lead channel strategy across retail modern trade and e commerce
Required Qualifications:
- MBA degree
- 12+ years of experience in category management or product marketing
- Experience in smartphones or premium consumer technology
- Strong experience owning P&L and driving growth
- Deep understanding of GTM strategy and consumer behavior
- Strong analytical and communication skills
