HP is hiring a Business Development Manager for ARM based Consumer Solutions in India. The role focuses on building and executing the 4P strategy across product price place and promotion. The position drives go to market success product launches and sales performance in the consumer PC category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute 4P strategy across direct and indirect retail channels
- Define product positioning pricing and promotional strategy for India
- Align with regional and global category and marketing teams
- Lead new product introduction readiness and launch execution
- Enable sales and partner teams through training and product evangelism
- Set performance targets across channels and strategic partners
- Track category KPIs and recommend corrective actions
- Share regular performance updates with leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- 7+ years of experience in business development sales or product marketing
- Strong understanding of the consumer PC industry and market trends
- Experience in go to market strategy and channel planning
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
- Strong project management capability
