Nokia is hiring a Case Handling Specialist to provide advanced technical support for 4G and 5G radio products. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex network issues supporting customers and coordinating with R&D teams to resolve critical cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary technical contact for customer support cases
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to 4G 5G and radio network products
- Perform incident diagnosis and provide technical solutions or workarounds
- Collect and analyze logs using troubleshooting tools
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain accurate case documentation
- Escalate complex issues to R&D and track resolution progress
- Participate in 24×7 emergency support and critical incident resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams and support knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
- BE or BTech in Telecommunication Computer Software or Electrical Engineering
- 13+ years of experience in telecom customer technical support
- Strong troubleshooting experience in telecom network environments
- Experience with logs analysis tools such as EMIL Syslog Wireshark or MACTTI
- Experience in implementation integration acceptance testing or operations for radio products
- Knowledge of 3GPP ORAN Cloud RAN or vRAN technologies
- Experience troubleshooting across L1 L2 L3 RF and IODT layers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with log collection and analysis tools
- Certifications such as RedHat or AWS
- Experience in training delivery or knowledge content creation
- Experience in emergency case handling and technical project support
