boAt Lifestyle is hiring a Program Manager to lead customer experience projects and process improvements. The role focuses on managing cross functional initiatives, improving customer journeys and driving efficiency through technology and process design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer experience projects from planning to execution
- Manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation
- Work with logistics marketing sales and customer service teams
- Conduct project reviews and track progress against goals
- Design and improve processes such as returns and service operations
- Use customer journey mapping to enhance user experience
- Identify technology gaps and drive automation initiatives
- Implement feedback systems and customer satisfaction tracking
- Define KPIs and measure project performance
- Present updates and insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related field
- 4+ years of experience in project management or customer experience roles
- Experience managing cross functional projects
- Strong process improvement and problem solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with data and performance metrics
