The company is looking for an Assistant Engineer – Quality (IQC) to strengthen incoming quality processes and maintain high standards in manufacturing operations.
The role involves handling incoming material inspection, quality verification and IQC plan execution, along with maintaining SAP QM documentation and SOP compliance. It also includes coordinating with suppliers, managing line complaints through root cause analysis and CAPA, and ensuring proper quality reporting, NCR management and audit readiness.
Candidates should have a Diploma, B.E. or B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics with 2 to 3 years of experience in IQC, preferably in EMS or consumer electronics manufacturing.
