The company is looking for an Assistant Engineer – Production (SMT) to support and improve SMT manufacturing operations.
The role includes handling SMT line setup and monitoring, production coordination and reflow profile checks, while ensuring process compliance, operator training and smooth shift operations. It also involves supporting ERP documentation, traceability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should have a Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics with 2 to 3 years of experience in SMT or PCB assembly, preferably in an EMS environment.
