Lenovo is showcasing production-scale AI solutions at Hannover Messe 2026, highlighting how manufacturers can move from pilot projects to full deployment.

The company reports that its AI-driven systems have delivered measurable results across its operations, including up to 85% reduction in lead times, 42% lower logistics costs and 58% improvement in productivity at a major facility.

Lenovo is demonstrating how AI can improve manufacturing through real-time quality inspection, digital twins, and computer vision. These tools help detect defects early and improve decision-making across production systems.

The company is also focusing on autonomous intralogistics, using robots to improve material movement and maintain production flow.
