POWERCON has appointed Deepika Chavan as Chief People Officer Group. In this role she will lead people strategy with a focus on culture transformation, talent development and building future ready organisational capabilities aligned with business growth.
She brings over 17 years of experience across IT, renewables, FMCG and EPC sectors. Before joining POWERCON she held leadership roles at Tekdi Technologies and ITCube Solutions A 1Point1 Company. Her earlier experience includes roles at Sula Vineyards and VA Tech Wabag. She brings expertise in HR business partnering, organisational development, talent management and digital HR transformation.
