Qualcomm is hiring a Senior Engineer to work on WLAN RF front end design and validation. The role focuses on RF design testing debugging and system level integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and validate WLAN RF front end systems
• Perform RF tuning debugging and performance optimization
• Work on RF board design and layout validation
• Use EDA tools for RF simulation and analysis
• Conduct bench level testing and troubleshooting
• Work with lab equipment like spectrum and network analyzers
• Support EMI EMC testing and compliance
• Collaborate on system level architecture design

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Electronics or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in RF design preferably WiFi domain
• Strong experience in RF board design and debugging
• Hands on experience with EDA tools like ADS HFSS AWR
• Knowledge of circuit design and layout tools like Cadence or Mentor
• Experience with RF lab testing equipment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in system level architecture design
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork ability
