GlobalLogic has appointed Kavitha Ramaiah as Director People Development. In this role she will drive talent strategy, organisational development and people capability building across the organisation.
Before joining GlobalLogic she spent several years at Aspen Technology where she served as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager leading key HR initiatives. Earlier she worked as Strategic HR Business Partner at Cognizant managing HR for large business units and delivering end to end programs.
Her career also includes roles at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, Genisys Software and Wipro GE Healthcare. She brings strong experience in HR business partnering, people development and organisational leadership.
