Havells India Ltd has appointed Varun Berry as Independent Director for a five year term. His appointment supports the company’s focus on strengthening governance and leadership.

He brings decades of experience in the FMCG sector. He most recently served as Managing Director of Britannia Industries and earlier as CEO of PepsiCo Foods India. He has also held multiple global leadership roles at PepsiCo and began his career at Unilever. His experience spans business strategy, operations and global market expansion.
