HCLTech Appoints Kimsuka Narsimhan as Independent Director

HCLTech has appointed Kimsuka Narsimhan as Independent Director. In this role she will contribute to governance, strategy and oversight as part of the company’s board.

She is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 35 years of experience in the consumer goods sector. Her career includes senior leadership roles such as CFO Asia Pacific at Kimberly Clark and CFO India Region at PepsiCo along with global and India roles at Unilever.

She has worked across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, India and Southeast Asia. She also brings over a decade of board experience having served as Director at organisations including Bharti Airtel, Meesho, Akzo Nobel and AstraZeneca. Her experience spans audit, risk, ESG and nomination committees along with broader governance roles.
