Mohd Rizvan Appointed as Assistant Manager – HR Operations at Genpact

Mohd Rizvan transitions into a direct role to strengthen HR operations

Genpact has appointed Mohd Rizvan as Assistant Manager HR Operations. In this role he will focus on HR operations and compensation and benefits while continuing to build on his experience within the organisation.

He has been associated with Genpact over the past year through Sonyo Management Consultants where he worked as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. This transition marks a move from a third party payroll role into a direct position within the company.

Before this he worked as C and B and Payroll Specialist at Celebi Shared Services India and earlier as C and B Specialist at Celebi Airport Services India. He also served as Global Analyst at CATTS. His experience spans payroll management, compensation and benefits and HR operations.
