Greaves Electric Mobility has appointed Samarpita Banerjee as Chief Human Resources Officer with immediate effect. In this role she will lead people strategy and HR operations as the company scales its manufacturing, technology and sales teams. She will report to Vikas Singh, Managing Director.
She brings over two decades of experience across human resources, organisational effectiveness and leadership development. Before joining Greaves Electric Mobility she served as Director Human Resources at Carrier Corporation where she led HR strategy for digital, engineering and global business functions. Her earlier roles include senior HR positions at Wipro, Diageo, Solera and Novozymes. Based in Bengaluru she holds an MBA in Human Resources and a master’s degree in Econometrics.
