TVS Motor Company has appointed Madhu Manral Srivastava as President and Group Head – HR

TVS Motor Company has appointed Madhu Manral Srivastava as President and Group Head Human Resources. She will be based in Bengaluru and will lead the group’s people strategy as it expands across mobility, financial services and real estate.

She brings extensive HR leadership experience across natural resources, oil and gas, financial services, telecom and manufacturing. Before joining TVS Motor she served as Global CHRO at Vedanta where she led enterprise wide HR strategy and major integrations including the acquisition of Cairn India. Her work focused on leadership development, organisational capability and culture transformation during periods of growth.
