Comcon Technologies Limited is hiring a Technical Sales Manager to drive sales of test and measurement solutions in the South region. The role focuses on business development customer engagement and end to end sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and support
- Understand customer technical and commercial requirements
- Deliver product presentations demos and solution proposals
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Work with engineering and operations teams for solution delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Track market trends competitor activity and industry developments
- Provide post sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- BTech in Electronics and Telecommunication
- 2 to 3 years of experience in technical sales
- Experience in test and measurement solutions is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of customer requirements and solution selling
