Schneider Electric is hiring a Hardware Design Engineer to lead embedded hardware development and product design. The role focuses on end to end hardware design power electronics and ensuring product reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end to end embedded hardware development
• Design and test electronic hardware systems
• Work on microcontrollers and peripherals
• Develop power supply systems like SMPS and DC DC converters
• Design analog and digital circuits with simulation tools
• Implement EMI EMC compliant designs
• Perform component selection and circuit optimization
• Review PCB layout and ensure manufacturability
• Support communication protocols like CAN USB Modbus
• Conduct reliability testing and improve design processes

Required Qualifications:

• BE in Electronics Electronics Communication or related field
• 3 to 10 years of experience in hardware design
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and circuit design
• Experience with simulation tools like PSpice LTSpice
• Understanding of EMI EMC standards and compliance
• Knowledge of PCB design and DFM principles

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with power electronics and signal integrity
• Knowledge of IEC CE UL standards
• Familiarity with communication protocols and testing methods
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
