Key Responsibilities:
- Provide post sales service including repairs and replacements

- Handle customer queries via calls and walk ins
- Communicate repair timelines cost and updates
- Maintain service records reports and documentation
- Manage spare parts inventory and stock levels
- Generate invoices and follow up on payments

Required Qualifications:
