Hyundai Vietnam Automotive Workforce Program Aims to Develop Skilled Talent by 2031
Hyundai Motor Group has signed an MoU with Korea International Cooperation Agency and Ministry of Education and Training Vietnam to develop a skilled workforce for Vietnam’s automotive sector.
The program will run from the second half of 2026 to 2031 and focuses on building technical skills aligned with industry needs. Training will include hands on manufacturing areas such as die casting, press forming and welding.
Hyundai will contribute to curriculum design, while KOICA will oversee program management and training operations. The Ministry will support implementation through vocational institutions.
Graduates will be connected with employment opportunities at small and medium sized automotive component manufacturers, creating a pathway from education to industry.
The initiative supports Vietnam’s growing automotive market and aims to strengthen local industry capabilities by developing a steady pipeline of skilled technicians.
